Rabat –  In a recent move reported by Planete Grande Ecoles, the International University of Rabat (UIR) has confirmed Nicolas Arnaud in a dual leadership role as the Dean of the College of Management and the General Director of Rabat Business School (RBS).

Frenchman Arnaud will assume his new role at the UIR starting from September 2024. He will be tasked with implementing an ambitious development plan for RBS in line with the “UIR 2035 Vision.”  This aims to accommodate approximately 41,000 students by 2035 across  future campuses of the school in Morocco.

With a background in international recognition, Arnaud brings valuable experience to his new position. He has obtained by RBS in 2020 his renewal of AACSB accreditation and is under the  ongoing process of EQUIS accreditation.

His role as the President-elect of SIGEM-France since 2021 could also enhance RBS’s international partnership network.

Arnaud’s professional journey includes significant roles at institutions like Sciences Po Rennes, the University of Angers, and the University of Nantes.

He currently works at Audencia Business school in Nantes, France, where he has been involved in directing the Grande Ecole Program and overseeing various training programs. He successfully directed the program from 2017 to 2022 and oversaw all training programs since 2019.

According to Planète Grande Ecoles, in his new role, Arnaud will aim to promote academic excellence and enhance the school’s global reputation.

Located in Rabat, UIR offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields including engineering, business, law, and humanities.

The university is known for its commitment to providing quality education in various fields, with an emphasis on innovation, research, and international collaboration. It has partnerships with several renowned universities and institutions worldwide.

Established through a partnership with the Moroccan government, UIR is accredited by the Moroccan Higher Education Commission, according to the university’s website.
