Casablanca – The Marrakesh Tarab Association, along with the Theatre du Meydene in Marrakech, has announced the second edition of “Halimiyate,” a special event scheduled for Friday, May 31, at 8 p.m. 

This evening promises to be a magical journey through music, celebrating the enduring talent of Abdel Halim Hafez.

In the statement announcing the event, the organizers said attendees should prepare for an unforgettable evening as talented performers Youssef Jrifi and Ayoub Tijani, accompanied by an exceptional orchestra under the direction of Maestro Hicham Telmoudi, breathe life into the timeless melodies of Abdel Halim Hafez. 

The celebrated musician’s cherished classics — from the iconic “Sawah” to the soul-stirring “Zay El Hawa” and the beloved “Gabbar,” — will resonate with audiences, transporting them to a realm of beauty and emotion that encapsulates the essence of Halim Hafez’s musical genius.
