Rabat – The debut edition of “Influence Days” took place this Saturday, May 4, in Casablanca  at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.

Presented by Rich Media and Zey Agency, this event promised to  revolutionize the landscape for marketing professionals and influencers, providing an exclusive platform to refine their expertise in influencer marketing.

Influence Days brought together 100 prominent figures from TikTok, YouTube, the blogosphere and Moroccan cinema, serving as a unique networking platform and a forum to exchange industry insights.

Zineb Alaoui, CEO of Zey Agency and co-organizer of Influence Days, offered insights to Morocco World News in an interview around the orchestration of the inaugural edition of Influence Days. “It serves as a certification program in influencer marketing specifically designed for the top 100 Moroccan influencers present today,” she said.

Zey Agency’s partners, advertisers, clients and communication agencies were met with a warm welcome prior to the arrival of the influencers for the training.

The event was a full day of certified training aimed at boosting the digital project performance of influencers. Facilitated by international experts in digital marketing, public relations, and coaching, participants were treated to invaluable insights and skills enhancement.

“The day’s agenda includes training sessions, workshops, networking opportunities, and case studies,” she added. “Participants will also receive trophies, certifications, and have the chance to win packages. It’s truly a day dedicated to influencer empowerment.”

The event boasted notable attendees including actor and rapper Anas Basbousi, artist Tawsen, and many others from the Moroccan cinema scene.

MWN also interviewed  Tawsen, a panelist who addressed the dynamic between influencers and brand coaching, who  provided valuable insights on navigating the marketing aspect. The event’s marketing session was titled “Influencers and Brands – How to Forge a Professional Relationship?”

“I really think that we need more of these events because influencers, artists, and people who work on creation, on social media, need to be aware of the importance they have with their followers,” Tawsen told MWN. He continued that this group needs to know how to use social media very well because “when you have a lot of people following you, you just need to use it for a positive way.”

Tawsen further reflected on his involvement in Influence Days as a platform for artists to exchange knowledge and showcase Morocco’s artistic vision to the world. “Morocco is growing internationally, so I’m super proud to be one of these people and as an artist, to share Moroccan’s vision and music with the world,” said Tawsen.

Anas Basbousi, a Moroccan actor and rapper, known as KATORZ, also offered his perspectives to MWN on his participation with  Influence Days.

“The thing that made me come here is that I saw that there are things to learn  … there are some master classes, there are some workshops, and I’m always looking for more knowledge,” he said.

Emphasizing the significance of such initiatives, the rapper highlighted the value they bring in educating influencers about marketing strategies and fostering their growth through dedicated workshop sessions.

With a distinguished list of attendees and panelists for its inaugural edition, Influence Days aimed to establish itself as a pivotal platform in shaping the future of influencer culture. The event pledges to return annually, providing a fertile ground for talent and innovation within the digital sphere.
