Rabat – Today, ESITH (Ecole Supérieure des Industries du Textile et de l’Habillement) in Casablanca hosted its 8th annual Job Fair, bringing together 50 national and multinational companies under the theme “NEXTGEN Careers: Developing Tomorrow’s Skills.”
The event was a vibrant platform for recruitment, networking, and dialogue on the skills needed for a rapidly evolving job market.
More than 100 human resources professionals represented industries ranging from textiles, automotive, and aerospace to pharmaceuticals, supply chain, and large-scale distribution.
The event provided an opportunity to align talent development with emerging workplace trends driven by technological innovation and global shifts.
“We are delighted to host this 8th edition of the ESITH Job Fair,” General Manager Abderahmane Farhate was quoted as saying in a press release. “This year’s theme emphasizes the critical skills and knowledge required to navigate the professional landscape of the future. As industries evolve, companies and individuals must adapt to meet the demands of innovation and change.”
The day’s activities featured keynote speeches, networking opportunities, and the ESITH Employer Awards, which celebrated standout employers in categories such as Leadership, Trust, and Engagement.
The event also served as a platform for companies and students to exchange ideas, forge professional connections, and sign strategic agreements that bolster partnerships.
Key speakers included Philippe Montant, founder of Rekrute.com, who delivered an address on the evolving workforce and the role of adaptable skills.
The fair’s program also included presentations by ESITH leaders, networking sessions, and one-on-one interviews, reflecting the institution’s commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry.
Founded in 1996 as a public-private initiative, ESITH has carved its niche as a leader in training professionals for Morocco’s industrial and service sectors.
Offering engineering, specialized masters, and professional bachelor’s degrees, the school complements its academic programs with robust enterprise relations and cutting-edge research through its REMETX and CELOG laboratories.
The Job Fair also showed off ESITH’s entrepreneurial initiatives, including the ESITH Factory, a pre-incubation hub launched in 2022 to inspire and support student startups.
