Rabat – Building Logistics Services (BLS) announced the inauguration of BLS Casa Hub, a logistics center in Tit Mellil, Casablanca with a total investment of MAD 300 million ($29.79 million).
The facility spans 50,000 square meters, offering a storage capacity of 55,000 pallet positions.
The center is expected to create 145 direct jobs, pleading to contribute to Morocco’s infrastructure development.
“The project reflects our commitment to strengthening national capacities while supporting the strategic directions of the Ministry [of Transport and Logistics],” BLS CEO Moncef Belkhayat said.
The project is supported by government incentives to contribute to the development of the IT systems and human resources.
Belkhayat said the initiative created 150 direct jobs and 300 indirect jobs.
Minister of Transport Abdessamad Kayouh said the investment is part of the country’s strategy to develop logistics and competitiveness.
He said that several other new projects are set to begin in 2025, including in Casablanca, Kenitra, and Fez.

BLS is planning several other projects for the city of Agadir as well as other southern provinces across, covering over 600 hectares.
BLS emphasized its commitment to developing similar projects in several regions, including Fez, Tangier and the south, including Dakhla and Guerguerat.
