Yesterday’s win capped off a superb domestic campaign for the 26-year-old, who was voted Best African Player in Ligue 1 and earned a place in the Team of the Season.
Hakimi has been a key figure for Luis Enrique’s side, offering pace and penetration down the right flank and chipping in with crucial goals and assists.
The former Inter Milan defender now turns his attention to PSG’s upcoming Champions League final, where he will face his old club in Munich, Germany, on May 31. But before that, he will play Reims in the Coupe de France final on May 24 as the French champions chase a treble.
Hakimi, who joined PSG in 2021, has gone from strength to strength in Paris and looks set to end the season on a high and compete for the Ballon d’Or.
