Rabat – Rabat Business School (RBS), part of the International University of Rabat (UIR), has formalized an agreement with AXA Services Maroc to strengthen ties between higher education and labor market needs.
The signing ceremony, which took place recently in Rabat chaired by Thierry Goument, General Manager of insurance company AXA Services Maroc, and Nicolas Arnaud, Dean and General Director of Rabat Business School.
A statement from UIR said the signing of the agreement aligns with a “vision of skills development, innovation, and professional integration”, noting that the partnership covers key pillars like hosting students for internships, work-study programs, as well as seasonal employment within AXA Services Maroc teams.
One of the pillars also includes co-developing programs and course modules to emerging sector needs, which incorporates AXA into the RBS Corporate Advisory board.
The partnership also covers organizing events, sharing expertise, as well as offering AXA employees access to continuing education programs within RBS and creating career pathways for youth.
Goumet celebrated the signing of the partnership, noting that the agreement reflects the group’s commitment to supporting the “professional integration of young Moroccan talent.”
On the part of RBS, both the business school UIR as a whole is stepping up its commitment to developing innovations in education.
Arnaud commented that the partnership represents a “strategic collaboration at the intersection of two complementary worlds, with mutual benefits for talent development and innovation.”
