According to AfricaFoot, both clubs are closely monitoring the Moroccan international and hope to advance talks to secure a transfer, though they face stiff competition from several European teams.
The same source reports that Louza’s camp favors a move to West Ham United, with the player and his representatives finding the London club’s proposal to be the most appealing option.
However, no final decision has been made, as the 27-year-old midfielder’s camp continues to evaluate all available options.
Southampton also remains fully in the race and is actively trying to convince the player to join them, while West Ham aims to capitalize on his camp’s preference to pull ahead in negotiations.
Louza enjoyed a productive season with Watford, featuring in 42 Championship matches.

Born in Nantes, Louza came through FC Nantes’ academy before breaking into the first team and establishing himself in Ligue 1.
