Mohammedia – On September 7, 2025, CMI launched “Fatourati Collect,” a digital solution aimed at enhancing the efficiency of debt collection processes for businesses in Morocco. This service is part of CMI’s ongoing efforts to promote digital financial services and support the growth of the Moroccan economy.

“Fatourati Collect” is a plug-and-play solution that can be activated within 48 hours without the need for complex technical integration. 

It connects businesses to a wide network of over 70 payment channels, including e-banking, mobile wallets like MarocPay, and more than 30,000 physical payment points across the country.

This extensive service  ensures that businesses can reach a broad customer base for debt collection.

By adopting “Fatourati Collect,” businesses can experience several advantages:

  • Accelerated Cash Flow: The service facilitates quicker payments, improving liquidity for businesses.
  • Reduced Payment Delays: With automated reminders and real-time tracking, the system helps minimize delays in debt collection.
  • Enhanced Security: The platform offers secure and traceable transactions, reducing the risks associated with cash and cheque payments
  • Operational Efficiency: Automation of the collection process allows businesses to allocate resources more effectively, focusing on core activities.

“Fatourati Collect” is an extension of the existing Fatourati platform, which has been widely adopted by over 100 administrations and large enterprises in Morocco. In 2024, the platform processed 218 million transactions, demonstrating its reliability and scalability. 

The integration of “Fatourati Collect” into this established system ensures a seamless experience for businesses transitioning to digital debt collection methods.

The service is designed to cater to businesses of all sizes, from small enterprises to large corporations. Whether dealing with high-value B2B transactions or numerous low-value consumer payments, “Fatourati Collect” provides a flexible solution that adapts to a range of business needs.

“Fatourati Collect” represents a significant step forward in Morocco’s digital financial field. By offering a user-friendly, secure, and efficient debt collection solution, CMI is empowering businesses to manage their finances more effectively.
