Rabat – Air France reaffirmed today its commitment to strengthening its network and presence in Morocco.
In a statement today, the airline said it is committed to Morocco’s market with enhanced winter flights to several cities.
The airline said its offerings include four daily flights to Casablanca’s international airport as well as three daily flights serving Rabat.
Other flights include three direct flights per week for Tangier and 18 direct flights per week for Marrakech.
“Air France continues to expand its services and offerings in Morocco, announcing four major updates designed to deliver a more comfortable and connected travel experience for its passengers,” the airline said in its statement.
For Morocco’s capital of Rabat, the airline recalled its “latest-generation” medium-haul aircraft, the Airbus A220, which has been in service since July.
The airline also announced that it has been gradually introducing Sofitel-designed mattress pads since the summer season, in its long-haul business cabins.
“This premium comfort feature will be rolled out across all Air France destinations by November 5, 2025,” the airline said.
As part of its offerings, the airline announced that it will become the first major European carrier to offer free and ultra-fast internet access across all travel cabins.
“By the end of 2025, 30% of the Air France fleet will be equipped with this technology, with full coverage expected by 2026,” the company said.
It also pledged to expand its lounge network in Morocco, including in Rabat and Marrakech.
Air France’s Aspire Lounge in Casablanca has been operating since August 14, complementing the carrier’s spaces in Tangier.
