Mohammedia – Crédit du Maroc has finalized a strategic partnership with Ynexis Group, marking the bank’s formal entry into the capital of Nema Capital, a company specialized in the management of Real Estate Collective Investment Undertakings (OPCI).
The operation, announced in Casablanca on December 26, 2025, follows the completion of all required regulatory approvals and confirms the effective closing of the transaction.
Under the terms of the agreement, Crédit du Maroc and Ynexis Group, formerly known as Yamed Group, now each hold 50% of the share capital and voting rights of Nema Capital.
The equal ownership structure positions both partners as joint shareholders, with shared governance over the company’s strategic direction.
The move represents a new phase in the development of Nema Capital, which is expected to rely on the combined expertise of its two shareholders to consolidate its position in the OPCI market and pursue its growth strategy.
Nema Capital operates in a segment that has gained increasing prominence within Morocco’s financial and real estate landscape, particularly as institutional investors show growing interest in structured real estate investment vehicles.
Through this alliance, the company is set to benefit from the complementary strengths of its shareholders, combining banking and investment expertise with real estate development and asset management know-how.

For Crédit du Maroc, the transaction aligns with its stated ambition to strengthen its positioning in investment banking activities.
The bank indicated that this participation expands its existing offering, which already includes market activities, stock market intermediation, Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (OPCVM), securities services, and advisory services.
By integrating Nema Capital into its ecosystem, Crédit du Maroc is reinforcing its presence across a broader spectrum of financial services linked to asset management and investment structuring.
The partnership also reflects Ynexis Group’s continued involvement in developing platforms dedicated to investment and asset management, following its evolution from Yamed Group.
By joining forces with a banking institution, the group is anchoring Nema Capital within a more diversified shareholder base, while maintaining an equal stake in the company’s capital and decision-making process.
Crédit du Maroc, a public limited company with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board, operates with a share capital of MAD 1,088 billion and has been licensed as a credit institution since 1994.
Headquartered in Casablanca, the bank’s latest transaction underscores a strategic focus on expanding its investment banking footprint, as it seeks to diversify revenue streams and respond to evolving market dynamics through targeted partnerships.
