Agadir – Best Places to Work Morocco revealed at a Casablanca ceremony on February 2 its latest ranking of the top workplaces in Morocco, showcasing Moroccan companies’ professional assets based on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture.
The event brought together business leaders, human resources professionals, and institutional stakeholders, aiming to recognize companies that have demonstrated “strong workplace practices,” including talent management, employee well-being, and inclusive management approaches.
The ranking is part of an international evaluation framework used in multiple countries to assess employee experience and workplace quality.
“The Best Places to Work Morocco 2025 ranking celebrates organizations that put their people at the core of their strategy,” said Karim Idrissi, the Director of the Best Places to Work Morocco 2025 program.
“These inspiring companies embody excellence, trust, and innovation, while strengthening Morocco’s position as an attractive destination for talent.”
The ranking included organizations operating across several sectors, reflecting the growing importance of workplace quality as a factor in competitiveness and talent attraction within Morocco’s labor market.
The ranking put Les Eaux Minerales d’Oulems at the top of the list, followed by Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Cnexia, Dräger, Société Générale Africa Technologies Services, RedMed Capital, Volvo Maroc, and SUEZ Maroc.
In addition to the main ranking, AstraZeneca Morocco received a special recognition for workplace gender equality, reflecting the growing focus on inclusion and equal opportunity in professional environments across Morocco.
The 2025 results reflect broader shifts in workplace standards, with increased attention to employee well-being, professional development, and organizational transparency. Observers note that these factors are becoming key elements in building sustainable performance and attracting skilled talent.
The ranking is part of a global certification framework used in more than 60 countries to evaluate workplace culture and employee experience, while providing benchmarks for organizations seeking to improve internal practices.
The event concluded with the official presentation of certifications and recognition awards to the companies included in the 2025 ranking.
