Agadir – The Rabat School of Arts and Crafts and Manar Holding Group signed on February 16 a partnership agreement in Rabat to support the school’s students and graduates in training, research, and socio-economic integration.
The agreement was signed by the Director of the School of Arts and Crafts, Mehdi Sebti, and the Chairman of Manar Holding Group, Mohamed Zahid, during a ceremony attended by Industry and Trade Minister, Ryad Mezzour.
With this agreement, Menara Holding hopes to reaffirm its commitment to accelerating industrial transformation by structuring an integrated ecosystem where business and academic excellence progress together.
“Through this cooperation, we aim to accelerate industrial transition and contribute in a tangible and sustainable way to building genuine industrial sovereignty,” said Mohamed Zahid.
He emphasized the Group’s dedication to supporting national academic institutions and training highly qualified talents capable of meeting market needs.

For his part, Mehdi Sebti highlighted that the agreement is based on five main areas of cooperation: initial training, continuing training, upgrading skills within the industrial sector, research and development, and the creation of joint technology platforms.
This initiative will bridge between education and industrial reality, deployment of specialized programs and executive education courses for managers and executives, and support for professional integration through high-value internships and career opportunities, he said.
For the director of the Rabat School of Arts and Crafts, this agreement reflects a shared commitment to support skills development in line with the real needs of Morocco’s industrial fabric, particularly in the fields of Industry 4.0, digitalization, applied artificial intelligence, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
At the signing ceremony, both parties stressed that this newfound alliance highlights a shared determination to combine their expertise to develop research and innovation projects aligned with current industrial and technological challenges.
The partnership reflects a strong commitment to strengthening synergy between academia and the industrial sector, with the goal of training skills that fully meet market requirements, while also contributing to the development of highly qualified human capital, they concluded.
