Rabat – Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are close to extending their partnership with Nike in a new five-year contract reportedly worth more than €100 million per season.
While the deal has not been made official yet, it would rank among the most valuable sponsorship agreements in the world of football and extend one of its longest-running partnerships
Nike has been PSG’s official kit supplier since 1989, becoming part of the club’s identity for over three decades.
The partnership has also produced the club’s popular collaboration with Jordan Brand, making PSG the only football club with an official Jordan partnership.
Over the years, this partnership has helped make the PSG jersey one of the most stylish shirts in the football world, even off the pitch, as you see people styling it in different ways.
The proposition also reflects PSG’s success on the pitch in recent years, winning the Champions League title in two consecutive years, and the French league for 8consecutive years.
According to L’Équipe, negotiations accelerated after the club’s first UEFA Champions League title in 2025, with president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi seeking improved conditions even though the already existing contract runs until 2032.
Shirt sales, which declined after the departures of Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappé, have reportedly risen again following the club’s success in both Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League during the last two years.
If finished, the deal would mark one of football’s most iconic partnerships that continues for years to come, as PSG and Nike prepare to write the next chapter of a relationship that began more than 35 years ago.
