Meknes – Tottenham Hotspur are finalizing a deal for Omar Marmoush after the Manchester City forward agreed to move to the London club.
The agreement includes a season long loan with an option to buy for £50 million that would become mandatory if specific conditions are met.
According to French outlet FootMercato, the move is nearing completion, as the 27-year-old due in London on Monday for a medical check before his official unveiling.
The Egyptian international’s stint at the Etihad proved frustrating following his £59 million move from Eintracht Frankfurt in January 2025.
Limited first-team opportunities under Pep Guardiola ultimately paved the way for this move to north London, where he expects to command far more consistent minutes.
During his spell at Manchester City, Marmoush registered 16 goals and six assists in 62 appearances across all competitions.
Despite his respectable numbers, he was largely used as a rotation option, making 16 starts alongside 20 substitute appearances during the 2025/26 season.
