Agadir – inDrive has awarded 100 prizes to its Platinum drivers in Morocco following a summer competition that ran from June 29 to August 30, recognizing drivers across five major cities for their activity and service to passengers.
The competition took place in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, and Tangier, with prizes including a new car, 10 motorcycles, 30 smartphones, and 60 shopping vouchers worth MAD 500 each.
According to the company’s press release, Omar Z. won the competition’s grand prize, a new car, after participating for the third consecutive time. He finished second in the previous two editions before securing first place this year.
The campaign aimed to recognize drivers’ contributions during the summer, when holiday travel, tourist arrivals, and increased mobility needs raised demand for rides across Morocco, according to the company.
Fatine Bennani Meziane, inDrive’s representative in Morocco, said the initiative recognized the drivers who support the platform’s daily operations.
“Behind every ride is a driver who chooses to place their trust in our platform every day. This campaign is a way to recognize their contribution and the journey we have shared together. Beyond the prizes, above all, we wanted to celebrate the commitment and loyalty of the drivers who bring inDrive to life every day,” she said.
The company said it distributed the rewards across several categories and stages of the campaign to recognize a broader group of participants.
