Casablanca – FINNOVEX Middle East will return to Dubai on November 10-11 for Chapter 39, bringing senior financial-services leaders together to discuss the decisions shaping the sector’s future as institutions prepare for 2027.

Held under the theme “Finance in Motion,” the event will mark the closing chapter of the 2026 FINNOVEX Global Series. The program will examine how financial institutions can connect their operations, technology and services as customers, payments and data increasingly move across platforms.

Discussions will cover customer experience, intelligent infrastructure, payments, data and identity, artificial intelligence, resilience, financial inclusion and regulation. The agenda will consider these areas as interconnected decisions affecting trust, growth and execution across the financial system.

“The next era of finance will not be defined by who innovates alone, but by who connects, collaborates and moves the financial ecosystem forward,” said Shabaz Ahmed, executive director of the FINNOVEX Global Series.

Ahmed said Chapter 39 would bring together strategic ambitions and practical implementation, connecting leadership accountability with the operating priorities needed to build the financial system of 2027.

The lineup of featured voices shaping the event’s agenda includes Anas Mistareehi, Yan Bechet, Khawer Khaliq, and Lana Darwish. Interested participants can find further details and register on the official event website.

The first day will focus on executive direction, operating cases, leadership discussions, and recognition. The program will examine what financial institutions should connect, govern, scale, or retire as they set priorities for the coming year.

On the second day, the event will move into invitation-led executive dialogues and private decision rooms. These sessions will give senior leaders an opportunity to discuss implementation challenges, compare operating experiences, and identify relevant next steps.

The event will also include FINNOVEX After Five, an informal networking format designed to extend conversations beyond the formal program. The two-day structure combines broader leadership discussions with smaller executive exchanges.

Dubai will host the event at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The city will provide the setting for the 2026 finale as FINNOVEX moves from its regional activities this year toward its 2027 agenda.

FINNOVEX said its focus remains on bringing together financial leaders, institutions and partners for discussions that connect strategic priorities with operational decisions and executive relationships.

FINNOVEX is part of the Exibex portfolio and is organized by Exibex. The FINNOVEX Global Series brings together financial institutions, policy representatives, technology partners, and senior executives through regional events and focused leadership sessions addressing practical questions facing the financial-services sector.

The current sponsors and partners for Chapter 39 are Alfa Bank, Sardine, Sense, BPC and Posidex. Watermelon Communications serves as the public relations and communications partner.

Media and partnership inquiries can be directed to FINNOVEX Global Series at Exibex FZ LLE through [email protected].
