Rabat – The 26th Marrakech International Marathon is scheduled to take place on January 25, 2015, with over 7,000 runners from around the world expected to compete.
Under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, the Marrakech International Marathon has become an important event in the world Marrakech, renowned as one of the world’s best tourist destinations, offers exceptional conditions for such an event.
With its temperate climate in the month of January and a beautiful circuit, considered “among the fastest international marathons,” along the palm tree alleyways, orange and olive trees, in addition to its marvellous ochre walls, Marrakech offers an ideal environment for running.
