The Israeli Occupation Forces have killed over 3,000 people since launching their ongoing violent campaign in Lebanon.

On Monday, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said the death toll reached at least 3,002, indicating that as many as 13,492 people have sustained injuries since the beginning of Israeli aggression against Lebanon.

At least 185 children and 589 women have been e killed in the Israeli attacks on Lebanese cities and villages.

This mounting, alarming death toll comes amid forced displacement of Lebanese from cities, towns, and villages.

An estimated 1.2 million Lebanese have been forcibly displaced, Al Jazeera reported today, noting that Israel has bombed relentlessly and continues to issue forced evacuation orders.

“The UN agency for refugees (UNHCR) said an average of 400-600 people from Lebanon have been arriving in Iraq every day over the past week. Most of them are Lebanese, but there has also been an uptick in the arrival of Syrians and Palestinians,” Al Jazeera  said.

The attacks have continued even as the IOF have kept up their genocidal war targeting civilians across Gaza.

In Gaza, the death toll is officially reported to have reached at least 43,391, while as many as 102,347 are said to have been injured since October last year.

Meanwhile, Israeli attacks in the past 24 hours have killed at least 17 in the Palestinian enclave. Yet converging reports indicate that many are still buried under the rubble in Gaza, suggesting that these depressing official figures do not tell the true extent of the devastation and the humanitarian catastrophe in the war-torn enclave.
