FIFA has announced the match officials for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Group C encounter between Morocco and Haiti.
The match is scheduled to take place on June 24 at Atlanta Stadium, with kick-off set for 23.00 local time.
Dutch referee Danny Makkelie has been appointed to officiate the encounter. He will be assisted by fellow Dutch officials Hessel Steegstra and Jan de Vries.
Portugal’s Joao Pinheiro will serve as the fourth official, while Bruno Jesus has been named reserve assistant referee.
The match represents Morocco’s final group-stage fixture. The Atlas Lions will look to secure a place in the knockout rounds, while Haiti, already eliminated, will seek to end their World Cup campaign on a positive note.
Makkelie is one of Europe’s most experienced referees and has overseen several major international matches in recent years. FIFA’s decision to appoint the Dutch official reflects the importance of the encounter as Group C reaches its conclusion.
