Rabat – Spanish club Getafe has expressed interest in Moroccan international Bilal El Khannouss, with the La Liga side exploring the possibility of signing the Stuttgart midfielder.

According to WinWin, Getafe is monitoring El Khannouss as the club looks for players who can strengthen its squad, particularly in midfield. The Spanish side is reportedly considering the Moroccan as an option capable of adding technical quality and creativity to its team.

Getafe’s interest comes as El Khannouss continues to attract attention in the transfer market following his performances at both club and international level. The Moroccan midfielder has established himself as a player with qualities that could attract clubs looking for a modern midfield profile.

El Khannouss is known for his ability to operate between the lines and contribute to the creation of attacking moves. He can also retain possession under pressure and help his team progress the ball through midfield.

These qualities have reportedly made him an attractive option for Getafe, which is looking to build a squad with players capable of making a technical impact while also offering room for further development.

However, Getafe’s interest has not yet reached the stage of a confirmed transfer negotiation. The Spanish club is currently exploring the possibility of a deal and would need to establish Stuttgart’s position before taking further steps.

Stuttgart holds the key to El Khannouss’ future

Stuttgart remains the key party in any potential transfer involving El Khannouss. The German club owns the player’s registration and will determine whether it is willing to discuss his departure.

According to the report, Getafe is expected to open communication with Stuttgart to learn more about the German club’s financial demands and the conditions it would require for a transfer.

Signing El Khannouss would not be a straightforward task for the Spanish club, given the Moroccan midfielder’s technical value and growing reputation.

For now, there is no indication that an agreement has been reached between the clubs. Getafe’s interest remains at the level of exploring a potential move, while Stuttgart is yet to reveal its position on the matter.
