Rabat – United Nations Resident Coordinator in Morocco, Silvia Lopez Ecra, stated that Morocco is among the 15 leading countries in implementing the decisions of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, an intergovernmental negotiated agreement prepared under the guidance of the United Nations.
