Morocco’s Jewish Communities Council urges to vote for the new draft constitution in the referendum, set on July 1.
“The Moroccan Jewish community welcomes the vision and spirit which mark the main lines of the draft constitution,” said on Thursday the Council in a statement.
It added that “this founding document responds to the principles which guarantee freedoms and human rights of the Moroccan people without distinction.”
