Rabat – Morocco’s Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports has announced that the regional academies of education and training will organize free classes for candidates who were not successful in the first baccalaureate exam session, and who will take the make-up exam set to take place between July 5-8.
Scheduled to start today June 21, the free lessons will take place in the educational institutions where the candidates studied, the ministry detailed.
It added that these classes aim to prepare the students to take the upcoming make-up exam, and to enhance their success chances.
This initiative also comes within the framework of keeping pace with the students and achieving the principle of equal opportunities between them.
In addition, the initiative seeks to help students overcome learning difficulties and reduce the percentage of defaulters among them by relying on support classes, in accordance with the goals of the ministry’s 2022-2026 road map.

Per the ministry, the four-year roadmap is aimed at improving the quality of learning while taking into account the learning differences between the learners.
In the statement announcing the organization of the free support classes, the ministry further called on the students wishing to benefit from the initiative to register in the administration of the public educational institution where they study, in order to determine the school subjects in which they wish to receive the remedial lessons.
Today’s announcement comes on the heels of the ministry announcing yesterday that candidates who were not satisfied with their final exam results have the ability to file complaints for a reconsideration of their exam papers.
The platform was made available starting from yesterday until June 23, and candidates wishing to send their claims must use the two links below as proposed by the ministry. The first link concerns high schoolers while the second is for independent candidates.
