Rabat – Tickets are sold out for the clash between the Moroccan kickboxer Badr Hari and English James McSweeney, which will take place at the indoor arena Dome De Paris in France on September 9, as part of the GLORY 88 event.

The winner will qualify for the historic year-end GLORY Grand Prix, during which eight men will compete in a one-night tournament with winnings of $500,000.

Despite ticket depletion, fans of the 38-year-old Moroccan legend can follow the fight live on the GLORYFights.com platform at 7 p.m. Moroccan Time.

After several losses in 2015, the Moroccan heavyweight kick-boxer has once again made his decision to return to the ring, despite announcing his retirement earlier.

Hari has an impressive 125 fights under his belt. He won 106 fights, 92 of which by knockout, and has only 16 losses.

On the other hand, his English rival has fought 55 times with 47 wins, 31 by knockout, and 8 losses.

Throughout his career, Hari beat several kickboxing champions such as Peter Aerts, Semmy Schilt, Alistair Overeem, Ruslan Karaev, and other well-known competitors in the world of kickboxing.

Many kickboxing fans believe that Hari, likely GLORY’s most popular competitor, will qualify for the renowned Grand Prix.

“Badr is a dangerous fighter and he’s one of the best in the world. It doesn’t matter how many fights he wins or he loses. The guy always brings danger. I don’t underestimate him,” McSweeney said about Hari in this YouTube video, “Shared.”

“All I know is this fight is going to be a knockout, whether he puts me down or I knock him out. The judges are not going to take place; I believe I’m going to put him to sleep,” he concluded with confidence.
