Rabat – Caprices Festival Morocco announced the Moroccan debut of The Blaze, a French artistic duo who will perform at the Amur event on November 25.
The event serves as a preview for the Caprices Morocco 2024 edition. Gordo will join the French duo, making his first performance in the country, organizers said in a statement.
Formerly known as Carnage, the DJ has produced music for international artists such as Drake.
In addition, the event will feature a lineup of performances by Philipp Straub, Epsylon in B2B J’, and Dune. The performance will be coupled with “a complete immersive experience,” as Cania promises a “revolutionary visual show designed to leave a lasting impression,” according to the statement.
First launched in 2004, the Caprices Festival held its 20 first editions in Switzerland featuring artists from around the world. Regulars at the festival include Black Coffee, Fatboy Slim, and DJ Tennis. This year, the festival chose Marrakech for its annual show.
The inaugural Moroccan edition of the festival, Caprices Festival Morocco, took place on May 12, 13, and 14 in Marrakech, and featured from the Moroccan and international electronic music scene, such as Dubfire, Stephan Bodzin, Mathew Johnson, Archie Hamilton, Arpiar, Konstantin Sibold, Patrice Baumel, Philipp Straub, and Fleur Shore.
