Rabat – Moroccan club Wydad AC today will lock horns with ES Tunis as part of the second leg of the semi-final of the African Football League (AFL).
The game will kick off at 4:00 pm GMT+ at the Hammadi Agrebi Stadium in Rades, Tunisia.
The match will be broadcast live on Moroccan sports channel Arryadia TV. Football fans can also watch the match live online on FIFA+ in English and French, as well as on various AFL platforms.
Wydad secured a 1-0 victory against ES Tunis in the first-leg match which took place on Sunday at the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca.
WAC’s Hicham Boussefiane scored his team’s winning goal in the 58th minute.
The Casablanca-based team produced a dominant performance, controlling 65% possession of the ball.
The Moroccan club is determined to capitalize on their first-leg win and secure another victory to advance to the final.
Meanwhile, the Tunisia team is keen to take advantage of playing in front of their home crowd and secure a much-needed win.
Should Wydad win today’s game, the Moroccan club will advance to the tournament’s final where it will face the winner of the clash between Egypt’s Al Ahly and South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Egyptian and South-African clubs will play their second semi final game today at 7:00 pm GMT+1 at the Cairo International Stadium. Mamelodi Sundowns won 1-0 in the first leg game against Al Ahly.
