The Quality of Living ranking factors in various dimensions such as political stability, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and sociocultural environment.

In Africa, Port Louis in Mauritius emerged as a standout city for quality of living and safety, followed by South Africa’s Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban. In the Middle East, Dubai and Abu Dhabi were the leading cities in the ranking, although rapid urbanization in Dubai has presented challenges like traffic congestion and heightened air pollution concerns, the report explains.
Singapore led the way in Asia, followed by several Japanese cities and Singapore’s South Korean counterparts like Seoul and Busan.
