Rabat – The Menbita Forum, a new career event connecting Moroccan professionals from the diaspora with top employers in Morocco, is set to take place on February 15 at Maison du Maroc in Paris.
The event is organized by three Moroccan alumni of ESSEC Business School — Anouar Azelmat, Omar Douiri, and Saad Lemseffer.
A press release from the organizers said that the event offers job opportunities, networking, and on-site interviews to encourage these young talents to return home.
The forum is open to students, recent graduates, young professionals, and experienced individuals with over four years of experience. Organizers expect more than 1,000 participants to attend.
Menbita Forum promises attendees a unique chance to network, speak with business leaders, and meet recruiters from top companies.
The organizers said they brought together some of Morocco’s top companies looking to hire high-potential Moroccan talents. Nine major companies will have stands at the event, including Credit du Maroc, Intelcia, Bank Al-Maghrib, Azura, Masen, Managem, Nareva, CDG Invest, and Bank of Africa.
Candidates who submit their CVs in advance will have the chance to interview on-site, the statement noted, stressing: “This dynamic format will help Moroccan talents accelerate their return home by securing strategic positions.”
In addition to professional networking, the forum promises a relaxed space for informal discussions to help attendees connect and share experiences with industry leaders.
“With this forum, we aim to break down barriers and create bridges between young Moroccan talents and the opportunities awaiting them at home,” said the founders.
They added that Morocco is experiencing a “major transformation and needs its skilled professionals to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.”
