The general directorate said winds ranging from 75 to 85 kilometers per hour are expected alongside dust storms, in different provinces, including Youssoufia, Chichaoua and Essaouira.

Morocco’s provinces witnessed significant rainfall that has brought to life different water sources across the country.
Once-dry waterfalls are flowing again, including dams, waterfalls, and many other sources that are suffering from seven years of drought.
Morocco’s dam reservoirs reached 33.82% of their total capacity as of Saturday, containing 5.7 billion cubic meters of water compared to 4.8 billion cubic meters before the rain.
The downpours affected all of Morocco’s provinces, from north to south, weather officials said, noting that the rain will play a crucial role in reviving the country’s ecosystem, particularly for agriculture.
Weather alerts continue with forecasts suggesting rain will come back after a few days of warm weather this weekend.
On Saturday, Morocco’s Ministry of Equipment warned about massive waves set to pound the country’s coastlines starting Monday afternoon.
Wave heights are expected to reach between 4 and 6.5 meters.
The waves will cover the Tangier Med Port and stretch along the Atlantic coastlines from Cape Spartel (Tangier) to Cape Hadid (Essaouira).
