Mohammedia – Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has informed its passengers that the airline continues to face disruptions at Brussels Airport caused by a cyberattack affecting the check-in systems. The airline said the issues are expected to last until September 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. local time.
RAM expressed its gratitude to passengers for their understanding during this exceptional situation and confirmed that all its teams are mobilized to minimize the impact of the disruptions.
The airline assured travelers that it is taking all necessary steps to ensure safety, comfort, and efficient handling of passengers despite the technical problems caused by the cyberattack.
The airline stressed that passengers must have their boarding passes, either printed or electronic, before arriving at the airport. This requirement is mandatory for all travelers during this period to ensure smooth processing at check-in counters and to avoid delays when boarding the aircraft.
The airline also reminded travelers who are part of a group booking to make sure that all members are aware of the instructions.

RAM encouraged passengers to regularly check the status of their flights and to update their contact information through the “Manage My Booking” section on the official Royal Air Maroc website or via the mobile application.
