Marrakech – In the mountains of Aït Baha, a region known for its rich pastoral traditions, the Tilila Ait Moumo Cooperative is preserving and promoting artisanal goat dairy products rooted in local heritage.
Led by Naima Hani, president of the cooperative, Tilila Ait Moumo is showcasing its unique production at the International Argan Fair, offering visitors a taste of the region’s authentic flavors.
Specialized in goat farming and artisanal dairy processing, the cooperative produces a range of traditional products, including flavorful goat cheeses, oudi (traditional butter), and other dairy preparations that highlight the culinary and pastoral heritage of the Aït Baha mountains.
For the cooperative, the fair has become an essential platform to present its products and connect with officials, partners, and customers.
The 2025 edition of the fair, held alongside the Africa Cup of Nations, has drawn exceptional crowds, creating new commercial opportunities and significantly boosting the cooperative’s visibility.
