Tunis-Arsenal FC are increasingly being linked with a move for Brahim Diaz, with reports suggesting the Premier League side could make a concrete approach in the summer of 2026.
Even though Diaz is not a guaranteed starter at Real Madrid, the Moroccan international has put in some massive performances this season. He’s definitely making a name for himself, and other top clubs are starting to pay attention.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is believed to be a strong admirer of Diaz and is looking to add more creativity to his squad. The club is reportedly considering an offer of around €35 million plus bonuses to test Real Madrid’s position.
The idea would be to pair Diaz with Martin Ødegaard to improve Arsenal’s attacking options, particularly against deep defensive blocks.
Other Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United, are also reportedly monitoring the Moroccan’s situation at Real Madrid.
Diaz’s future in Madrid remains unclear. Some recent reports indicate that he is happy at the club and feels trusted by his current coach, while others suggest he could consider leaving in search of a guaranteed starting role.
The 24-year-old is under contract until June 2027, although there have been discussions about a possible extension.

Strong numbers despite limited starts
Despite rotating in and out of the starting lineup, Diaz has still made an impact this season.
- La Liga: 21 appearances, 4 assists
- Champions League: 10 appearances, 1 goal, 1 assist
- AFCON 2025 with Morocco: 7 matches, 5 goals
His performances for Morocco, in particular, have upgraded his profile and increased interest from abroad.
No deal is close for now, but Arsenal’s interest appears serious. The final decision is likely to depend on whether Diaz is willing to leave Madrid for a more central role in London.
