Local security services opened an investigation immediately after the footage spread on social media, where it raised concern over potential risks to public safety and property damage.
Authorities later confirmed that the incident forms part of an active criminal case already under review.
Police units managed to identify both individuals seen in the video. One suspect, seen holding the bladed weapon, was arrested. He is 18 years old and has a criminal record, according to security sources.
The suspect now remains in custody under the supervision of the public prosecutor, as investigators work to establish the full circumstances behind the incident and determine possible motives.
Efforts continue to locate and arrest the second suspect, whose identity authorities have already confirmed.
