Casablanca – Maghreb of Fes (MAS) announced on Tuesday the departure of its Spanish head coach Pablo Franco, a day after the club parted ways with sporting director Badr Elkaddouri.
In a statement, MAS confirmed the Spaniard’s departure while thanking him for his professionalism during his time at the helm of the team.
Franco has secured his place in the club’s history after guiding them to a historic Moroccan league title, a triumph that will live long in the memory of the club and its fans.
The move comes just a day after Maghreb of Fes parted ways with its sporting director. The club also announced a major restructuring of its sporting department as it enters the second phase of its modernization project.
MAS secured the Botola Pro title on the final day of the 2025-26 season, ending a 41-year title drought.
