Rabat – Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe preserved his perfect La Liga record by scoring against every single opponent he has faced in Spanish football.
The French forward delivered another decisive performance for Real Madrid on Sunday during their away trip to Racing Santander.
Racing Santander became the 24th La Liga club Mbappe has scored against, maintaining his perfect 100% scoring record against every opponent he has faced in the competition.
Mbappe broke the deadlock early in the 11th minute, winning a penalty and converting it himself with clinical precision.
Real Madrid went on to secure a convincing 3-0 win over Racing Santander, with Jude Bellingham and Yan Diomande adding two more goals to put the match out of reach.
Mbappe’s goalscoring stats at Real Madrid are remarkable. With 68 goals in just 76 league matches since arriving at the Bernabeu, the French forward has firmly established himself as one of the world’s most lethal strikers.
The 27-year-old has already netted 15 goals in all competitions this season, including 12 in La Liga.
With Santander out of the way, Mbappe’s next test comes against Deportivo La Coruña on December 20. The fixture gives the Real Madrid star a prime opportunity to expand his unmatched record.
The former Paris Saint-Germain player has been remarkably consistent in La Liga this season, failing to score in just four of his 11 league appearances, which came against Espanyol, Real Betis, Atletico Madrid, and Villarreal.
Following Sunday’s victory, Real Madrid remain third in the La Liga table with 27 points, keeping pressure on second-placed Atletico Madrid (28 points) and leaders Barcelona (30 points).
