Paris Saint-Germain have stepped up their interest in Ayyoub Bouaddi, with discussions expected to take place at the end of May with LOSC Lille officials, according to information relayed by Africafoot.

The Ligue 1 champions are closely monitoring emerging talents within the domestic league, and Bouaddi has emerged as a serious long-term option to strengthen their midfield. At just 18, the Franco-Moroccan midfielder has impressed with his maturity, composure, and technical ability, making him one of the most promising young players in France.PSG are however facing significant competition. Several European clubs are keeping a close eye on Bouaddi’s development, prompting the Parisian side to move quickly in order to gain an edge in the race for his signature.

Lille is so far taking a calculated position as they hold the upper hand. Known for nurturing and developing young talents, the club is open to discussions but is expected to remain firm regarding its valuation. Bouaddi is under contract until June 2029, which strengthens Lille’s negotiating power.

He has featured in 38 matches across all competitions this season, contributing one assist. His market value is estimated at around €50 million, reflecting both his potential and growing reputation.

Former football figure Abdelkader Youmir has also weighed in, suggesting that a move to PSG could represent an ideal next step in the player’s development.

With the summer transfer window approaching, this case is likely to intensify, as PSG aim to secure one of Ligue 1’s standout young midfielders ahead of their European rivals.
