Agadir – Brussels hosted on Friday the launch of a new phase of the Al Omrane Expo “Moroccans of the World 2026,” as part of the group’s international outreach tour dedicated to Moroccans residing abroad.

The initiative aligns with the policy of the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Urban Policy, which prioritizes strengthening proximity with Moroccans around the world as a core strategic objective.

The Brussels stage provides a dedicated platform for exchange with members of the Moroccan community in Belgium and the broader Benelux region.

It focuses on presenting real estate investment opportunities in Morocco, alongside existing support frameworks and available financing and assistance mechanisms.

On Saturday, an institutional conference titled “Real estate investment by Moroccans abroad: opportunities, support mechanisms and housing assistance program” brought together diplomatic and institutional stakeholders.

Hassan Touri, Consul General of Morocco in Brussels, and Najjah Dimou, Consul General of Morocco in Liège, attended the event alongside representatives of Moroccan associations abroad and institutional and financial partners.

Over the three-day event from May 15 to 17, visitors engaged directly with teams from the Al Omrane Group and participating banking partners, who presented investment opportunities and responded to inquiries from members of the diaspora.

Participants from the Moroccan community in Belgium expressed strong interest in the initiative, particularly in relation to housing accessibility and investment security.

The event also enabled direct exchanges between visitors and experts, allowing for clarification on eligibility criteria, financing options, and regional housing offerings in Morocco.
