Rabat – Italian luxury car brand Ferrari chose Morocco’s capital Rabat to promote its highly anticipated new release, the Roma Spider.

Against the backdrop of Rabat’s picturesque landscapes and vibrant cultural scene, Ferrari showcased the elegant model in a video posted on the brand’s official YouTube channel last week.

The video captured some of the breathtaking landscapes in Rabat including the exquisite Atlantic coastal road, one of the numerous minarets along the coast, and two gates marked with signature Moroccan carvings.

Ferrari’s promo video features a blend of Rabat’s most iconic historical sites fused with some of its most modern infrastructure, highlighting the city’s unique position as an African cultural capital.

The video concludes with a visually appealing clip of the Roma Spider slowly drifting between the narrow streets inside Rabat’s old Medina, a timeless space dating back to the 14th century.

Morocco’s Hassan Tower also features in the video. The structure is home to the tomb of the country’s late three kings, Hassan II, Mohammed V, and Prince Abdallah.
