Rabat – Pioneer in online job recruitment in the MENA region, the trilingual technology, Bayt.com has opened an office in Casablanca to enrich the Moroccan job market and offer job-seekers a range of end-to-end employment solutions and career planning tools.

With over 10,000 jobs available on Bayt.com and thousands of additional vacancies filled on a regular basis through CV Search technology, the company promises Moroccan professionals “many exciting opportunities at the local, regional, and international levels.”

“Our technology enables job seekers to find opportunities tailored to their interests and create online professional profiles as magnets for job opportunities. Thousands of vacancies are filled daily by our CV Search, through which employers search for, contact, and hire our candidates directly,” said Hamza Benzekri, the director of Casablanca’s office in an interview with Morocco World News.

Companies in Morocco will also benefit from Bayt.com services, including an array of employment tools and the possibility to build a career site and corporate CV databases through Bayt.com’s Talentera products.

The platform is also working on the creation of a new section dedicated to students and fresh graduates, “to help them jumpstart their careers with internships and entry-level jobs.”

Bayt.com’s strategy consists of empowering job seekers and employers alike, said Benzekri.

“We provide the tools and information they need to build better lives. We will continue working with the region’s employers to help them identify talent and developing our capacity to empower job seekers on their journey towards professional success.

Since its launch in 2000, Bayt.com has eyed the Middle East and North Africa as “the most youthful and dynamic parts of the world.”

“There are always exciting new startups, technology, hiring needs, and career opportunities. This also contributes to very tough competition, and one of our goals is to help job seekers stand out from the crowd.”

Part of the company’s industry research, is the bi-annual Bayt.com Middle East Job Index survey “one of our biggest studies that measures hiring potential has shown that there are many job opportunities in the region.”

The hiring forecast across the region, Benzekri said: “shows that six in 10 employers are planning to hire within the next year and one half is planning to hire within three months, 42 percent of which are looking to hire for five jobs or more.”

Created by and for people from the MENA region, the platform currently incorporates over 29,200,000 professionals and over 40,000 leading organizations using its recruitment platform, thus becoming “the region’s single largest marketplace of professionals and companies.”

“We grasp the best hiring and recruitment practices on both the local and regional levels. We also understand the industries from research and our long-standing partnerships with hundreds of thousands of leading employers across the MENA,” said Benzekri.

Before Facebook and LinkedIn, Bayt.com was founded as a job-listing and recruitment platform for the Middle East and North Africa.

“At a time when there were only two million Internet users in the Middle East, Bayt.com was created to address unemployment in our region.”

Over the 17 years of its presence in the market, the platform sought “to build a private, Middle Eastern institution that is globally recognized, admired, and respected,” he added.

To date, Bayt.com is committed to the Middle East and North Africa and has 13 regional offices in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Amman, Beirut, Cairo, Casablanca, Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, Manama, Muscat and Riyadh.
