Rabat – ‘La Marocaine Vie,’ a Moroccan leading insurance provider, is launching a new platform to allow its customers to make insurance claims online, as part of plans to offer more digital services, the company said on Tuesday.
The platform will allow clients to keep track of these claims online “in a fully digital and secure mode,” the insurer said in a press release.
In line with the company’s digital transformation strategy, La Marocaine Vie offers its clients the choice to manage health insurance claims and savings online, without the need for in-person transactions.
In addition to settling health insurance-related claims, the platform would offer clients access to their full medical history, as documented in their previous health insurance policy, the company statement said.
“With the new artificial intelligence-backed platform, La Marocaine Vie will improve the experience of its clients by significantly reducing processing times,” Faical Zahlane, the company’s general director stated.
“The platform will allow the company to enhance operational efficiency through the optimization of its human resources,” he said.
In addition to aiming to optimize clients’ experience, the platform would allow the company to compile a meticulous digital record of clients.
The collected data would allow La Marocaine Vie to better understand clients’ needs and offer a tailor-made health experience, the company said. Customers can access the platform at: www.lamarocainevie.com.
La Vie Marocaine will launch a mobile application, for customers to access the same services
The digital services offering also includes pension management, as clients can file for a partial or the total sum of their pension through the mobile application.
The mobile application also includes an integrated messaging service with the company’s customer service division.
