Rabat – Developed by Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) in conjunction with Atlas Hospitality Group, “Isola Ristorante” will soon be launched in the Moroccan town of Bouznika, at the Vichy Celestins Spa hotel on September 16, the restaurant stated in its press release.

“Isola Ristorante” is Italian for “Island Restaurant.” This global culinary destination will open its doors drawing inspiration from the mouth-watering cuisines of the Italian islands of Sicily, Sardinia, and Capri.

The restaurant, which is already well-known in Dubai, Bodrum, Milan, and Marbella, is preparing to provide an immersive experience with “unrivaled” hospitality.

The upcoming “Isola” restaurant will provide customers with an “exceptional” Italian cuisine experience while immersing them in a “vibrant and welcoming” environment.

Isola Ristorante is based on standards of “excellence and hospitality” that do not tolerate compromise thanks to SHG’s renowned competence.

“We’re excited to continue Sunset Hospitality Group’s global expansion and introduce our fabulous Isola Ristorante concept to Bouznika, in association with Atlas Hospitality Group, Morocco’s leading hotel group,” stated Naomi Loger, General Manager of Isola Morocco restaurant.

“We look forward to providing you with an unforgettable gastronomic experience, and are convinced of the tremendous potential of the Moroccan hotel market,” the manager added.

SHG was founded in 2011 with the goal of producing unique hospitality experiences on a worldwide scale.

The group has built a strong reputation as a top investor and management in the hotel industry, with locations in 16 different countries.

Atlas Hospitality is a key player in Morocco’s integrated hotel industry, which specializes in asset development and operational management. The business oversees four exclusive brands, ranging from economy to luxury.

Additionally, Atlas Hospitality owns and operates an expanding collection of 24 hotels, 54 restaurants, among other facilities across eight Moroccan cities.

The restaurant’s opening will improve the hotel’s Food and Beverage (F&B) services as well as solidify its status as a top vacation spot that combines class, style, and friendliness, the press release concluded.
