Flasbarth conveyed his condolences to Bourita for the tragic loss of lives and offered Germany’s support for the reconstruction efforts.
“In Rabat, during a meeting with Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita, I expressed my condolences for the many victims of the earthquake. For reconstruction, we will identify together where we can provide rapid and effective support,” an official statement quoted the top German diplomat as saying.
The earthquake, which struck Morocco on September 8, has left a profound impact on the nation, requiring immediate and strategic efforts to rebuild and restore affected areas.
