Rabat – Amine Adli has signed a new deal with Bayer Leverkusen, keeping him at the club until 2028. The Moroccan star couldn’t hide his pride at wearing the Bayern Leverkusen shirt, vowing to give everything to win more silverware with the club.
“We’ve got a special bond here,” he said on the club’s website. “In the dressing room, on the pitch, and with the fans. It’s even better than I imagined, and I’ll do all I can to keep this journey going, winning titles along the way.”
Adli’s current season is on pause after he fractured his left fibula. He’s expected to be out until January 2025.
Leverkusen’s sporting director, Simon Rolfes, praised Adli’s impact, calling him “huge” for both his game and presence in the dressing room. “We are delighted that we can continue to rely on his sporting and human qualities in the future,” added Rolfes.
Since joining Die Schwarzroten from Toulouse in 2021, the 24-year-old midfielder has scored 21 goals and set up 22 more in 126 appearances.
