Marrakech – The second genetic test in the Ain Aouda incest case has clarified the paternity of the two remaining children, aged 10 and 11, whose parentage was previously uncertain.
This analysis follows an initial DNA test that had already established that four of the six children born to the arrested woman were fathered by her own father, confirming the incestuous relationship.
The latest test results revealed that the two younger children were fathered by another man, with whom the 39-year-old woman had relations outside of marriage.
According to converging reports, this man has now accepted paternity and agreed to regularize the legal status of his children following the DNA confirmation.
The case began several years ago when the father, now 60, sexually assaulted his daughter when she was just 15 years old, resulting in the birth of her first child.
This daughter, now 20, triggered the investigation when she attempted to marry but encountered difficulties due to a lack of legal documentation, exposing the entire family scandal.
The 39-year-old mother stated she was simultaneously sexually exploited by both her father and her husband. This husband, a man from the Oued Zem region, was married to her by her father in a simple religious ceremony (Fatiha) without legal documentation.
During this period, the woman claims she was forced to have relations with both men, giving birth to four children.

Throughout the investigation, the father admitted to the incestuous relationship with his daughter but denied any sexual exploitation of his three granddaughters aged 20, 18, and 16.
Initial DNA tests conclusively established the 60-year-old man as the biological father of four children: a 20-year-old woman, a 19-year-old man, and two teenage girls aged 18 and 16.
The investigation initially focused on a second individual from Had El Ghoualm who resides in Salé, identified by the daughter in her statements. However, DNA tests ruled out this man as the father of the two younger children.
According to the mother’s statements, she had these two children with a third man (the ones whose paternity was just confirmed), and a seventh daughter with a fourth partner – notably, this seventh child is the only one whose parentage has been legally recognized from birth.
The investigation has taken on additional complexity with the mother’s accusations against her own mother, whom she claims forced her into immoral activities to support the household.
The main suspect remains in pre-trial detention by order of the investigating judge at the Rabat courthouse, awaiting the next procedural step.
The case continues to shock Moroccan public opinion and raises profound questions as it receives widespread attention on social media.
