Marrakech – Visiativ Africa, operating in digital transformation in Morocco and Africa for nearly 15 years, has rebranded itself as NEONOVIA. The company announced this strategic shift on Wednesday, positioning itself as an independent player in the Moroccan market.

This repositioning aligns with the national “Digital Morocco 2030” strategy, emphasizing digital sovereignty, public institution performance, and responsible innovation. NEONOVIA aims to adapt digital solutions to local realities while building on experience gained within the Visiativ Group.

“NEONOVIA is born from a conviction: Morocco has the talent and skills needed to design and publish its own digital solutions,” explains Mourad El Mahjoubi, CEO and Founder of NEONOVIA. “We want to be a reference partner for institutions seeking to combine performance, innovation, and digital trust.”

At the core of this new strategy is RAQMANEO, a software platform developed entirely by Moroccan teams. This sovereign software solution focuses on public sector digitalization through four strategic axes: document heritage management, internal process digitalization, user service dematerialization (e-Gov), and data intelligence with cybersecurity.

With RAQMANEO, NEONOVIA fully embraces its role as a software publisher. The solution represents locally developed technology designed for real-world usage and technological sovereignty requirements.

“RAQMANEO illustrates our commitment to designing high-performance Moroccan solutions capable of sustainably transforming public management and strengthening business and citizen trust in digital technology,” adds El Mahjoubi.

While asserting its independence, NEONOVIA maintains a strategic partnership with the Visiativ Group. As the group’s representative and distributor in Africa, NEONOVIA leverages this historical connection and continues to lead a network of integrator partners across a dynamic African ecosystem.

The company focuses on digitalizing public services, collaboration and operational excellence, document and administrative management, and data intelligence with cybersecurity. NEONOVIA’s team brings nearly 15 years of digital transformation expertise to help organizations meet today’s challenges and build their future.

Formerly operating as Visiativ Africa since 2011 on the African continent, the company has supported hundreds of clients as a subsidiary of the French Visiativ group. This transformation represents a strategic leap forward toward technological sovereignty in Morocco and Africa.
