President of the UAE Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of UAE, extended his congratulations to King Mohammed VI and Moroccans after Morocco’s historic and outstanding performance in the final game against Jordan as part of the Arab Cup.
Morocco’s Atlas Lions finished the tournament with a historic win, lifting the trophy with 3-2 against Jordan.
“I congratulate my brother King Mohammed VI and the Moroccan people on Morocco’s victory in the FIFA Arab Cup 2025,” bin Zayed Al Nahyan wrote on his social media.
He commended both teams, describing their performance as excellent and source of pride.
The UAE President also commended Qatar for hosting the tournament that brought together countries to celebrate sportamanship and the spirit of cooperation.
King Abdullah of Jordan II expressed pride and congratulated his country’s team for their participation.
For his part, King Mohammed VI congratulated Morocco’s Atlas Lions for bringing another Arab Cup trophy home.
